What units can I generate?

Words, sentences, or paragraphs, with a count you set. Sentences run 8–17 words, paragraphs run 3–6 sentences, and the random word picker avoids repeating any of the previous five words when alternatives are available.

Can I start with the classic 'Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet' opening?

Yes. Disable the option to randomize fully, or keep it on so the first paragraph uses the standard four-sentence passage and the first sentence is the familiar opening.
