What does this tool do?

It converts Nomad HCL with convertNomadToKubernetes into Deployment plus Service YAML: cpu to millicores (500m), memory to Mi (256Mi), env to container entries, and network ports to containerPort and Service port/targetPort rows.

What happens to vault, consul, and template blocks?

Each emits an Unsupported Nomad x block was not converted warning and is skipped, and non-docker drivers warn while still emitting a container; missing job blocks return No Nomad job block found.

Is my HCL uploaded or stored?

No. HCL block parsing and YAML emission run fully client-side.

Why did memory or CPU values change, or no Service appear?

Values round to whole millicores and mebibytes with a minimum of 1, and a Service emits only when container ports or a service stanza exist — otherwise only the Deployment is produced.
